@supports enabled by default for Firefox 22

  ·   The CSS Working Group is planning to publish the CSS Conditional Rules Module as a Candidate Recommendation soon. As a result, David Baron has landed a patch that enables the @supports rule and the CSS.supports() API by default for Firefox 22, which is scheduled to hit Release some time in May.
